Wow! This describes my husband exactly! I hadn't thought about the binge component. So true.
Will have him watch this immediately.
Very clear and simple. Thanks,

Wow, this is an amazing revelation. So simplistic yet so powerful. This sums up all my struggles and suffering this life. I cannot remember a time in my life when I have not be in any part of this cycle! Thanks.

Hi Giselle,
Thanks for letting me know that what I have been doing over the last 25 years is outright dangerous and that I should stop this behaviour once and for all. You are right that with each diet I seem to put on more and more weight as over the last 25 years I have put on about 20 kg and I feel very desperate and ashamed about being fat. This has led to a great deal of anxiety for me. I also suffer from depression and occasionally entertain thoughts of running away and harming myself. But of course these are just thoughts... I have not done anything remotely like that yet. But certainly the thought of ending my struggle is very appealing. You see I hate feeling fat. People think fat people are lazy, stupid, depressed and have low self-esteem. I hate it that those qualities are associated with my body shape! Sigh... may be I must give myself a holiday from myself and go back to the drawing board and rethink how I want to travel, moving forward.
Thanks very much for your video. It is such an eye-opening thing to see you summarise my behaviour to a T!!!

I find it shocking that so many people keep promoting various diets, given what they can do to our bodies. Little wonder so many of us have got no fell any more of when we are full - because our bodies have been trained by all those diets to take in and store whatever they can!
Thanks for explaining this so clearly Giselle!

Hi Giselle,
Nice video. You have captured the true dangeour of so called diets very well. I think it applies to most of us who are trying to stay in the shape, falling for the easy made "Diet" out there these days.
Great work.
