Weight Loss Structure
What is your weight loss structure? What are the behaviours that you are no longer tolerating from yourself that are not serving you? Take a pen and paper and write them all down. Calmly review all these actions that are taking you away from your goals. Then create a structure you are commited to that is realistic and achievable that will see you all the way to your weight loss goal.
Weight Loss Action
Now type up your weight loss structure and commit to it. It might also help to put up a display that inspires you next to it. This will serve as a reminder of why you are doing this and the pathway you are commited to in order to claim what you want for your health. It could be more energy, less precription drugs, less pain, more time to do all the things you love to do because you are spending less time in your doctors’ waiting rooms, etc. Now, be bold, take the leap and JUST DO IT!
