Yes, I will be listing the lunchbox in the Products Section of my site soon.  This item will be sold with a recipe book which I am still working on.  As soon as the recipe book is ready, the lunch box will be listed.

You knew my goals before I even told you which is why I believe you can help me to smell the roses and start enjoying life. For the purpose of achieving a better blood sugar response after a meal, we prefer to limit the number of carbohydrates portions eaten at each main meal to 3.  Information on types of food and portions sizes recommended has been sent in an attachment to you.  Hope you find it a helpful guide for unravelling some of the mysteries between quantities and types of food eaten and blood sugar response 1.5 to 2 hours after a meal.  I look forward to seeing your blood sugar record soon!
